Staff was excellent friendly and efficient, I didn't want to say goodbye!
Location: the hotel was near many top London restaurants, and Norwich. The room was new-fashioned and tastefully decorated with shower facilities, a hair dryer and bath sheets in the private bathroom. The service was all in all friendly. I didn't want to leave and would love to go back.

The wildlife-themed room impressed me with its unique decor and good facilities. I appreciated the tea and coffee setup. Breakfast offered great options, though the eggs needed to be runnier for my taste. The staff were genuinely friendly. Unfortunately, the adjoining door to the next room let in quite a bit of noise, especially when the TV was loud. WiFi wasn't consistent in my room either. It worked fine in the bar area but was flaky upstairs. A cozy stay with certain areas needing attention.

The room was cozy, and we loved the amazing dinner we had at the restaurant. It hit the spot after a long day. Relaxing by the fireplace and enjoying a calm evening made for a great getaway. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn't really take away from the overall experience. 😊
